Takes the photos, writes the quotes, and keeps customers informed on lead times. Answers the phone during business hours and knows which questions to ask about an opening.
Photos first, then a written quote with panel sizes and hardware specified. Glass gets templated in person off finished tile, ordered, and installed on a scheduled day. We leave the bathroom cleaner than we found it and show you the care routine before we go.
